FAQs
Q: What is Holistic Nutrition?
Answer: Holistic Nutrition is a philosophy of nutrition that focuses on the body as a whole and acknowledges that the mind, body and spirit are connected. Holistic Nutritionists also focus on educating clients so they can take charge of their own health.
Q: How often should I follow up after the initial session?
Answer: That varies from client to client. It is suggested that it be at least 2 weeks. Some clients need closer monitoring and access to regular consultations for motivational reasons, to ensure compliance, or because they have many questions.
Q: Can I use your services if I'm out of the province/country?
Answer: Yes. Services are provided via secure, private virtual space.
Q: How do I book an appointment?
Answer: It’s just as simple as using the book online tab at the top of the page. It is recommended that you first book a Discovery Call to see if we are a good fit.
Q: Does insurance cover professional nutrition services?
Answer: Some insurance companies do; we suggest checking with your insurance provider.
Q: Can I schedule an appointment for my child?
Answer: Currently, Ayla Nutrition only works with women 18 and over, but referrals can be provided if needed.
